    Is making online payment secure on SRKLEE?

    Yes, making the online payment is secure on SRKLEE

     

    Does SRKLEE store my credit/debit card infomation?

    No. SRKLEE only stores the last 4 digits of your card number for the purpose of card identification.

     

    What credit/debit cards are accepted on SRKLEE?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover credit/debit cards.

     

    Do you accept payment made by credit/debit cards issued in other countries?

    Yes! We accept RUPAY, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express credit/debit cards issued by banks in India and in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the US. Please note that we do not accept internationally issued credit/debit cards for eGV payments/top-ups.

     

    What other payment options are available on SRKLEE?

    Apart from Credit and Debit Cards, we accept payments via Internet Banking (covering 44 banks), Cash on Delivery, Equated Monthly Installments (EMI), Pay Later, UPI and Wallet.

     

    Refund Policies:


    Refund against Cancellation:  

    Customers shall get Refund against Cancellation of order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment - Credit/Debit Card or UPI or Net Banking or Third Party Wallet.

    No refund applicable for “No returns applicable products”, if denied at doorstep for prepaid order.

    Refund against Return:  

    In case of Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options. The refund shall be credited within 5 days from the date of return pickup.

    Bank Account

    SRKLEE Wallet

    The refund will be credited to the bank account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.

    In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, SRKLEE reserves the right to refund the amount to the SRKLEE wallet of the customer.

    The refund will be credited to the bank account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.

    In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 5-7 working days. Kindly note that there maybe delays in refunds as they're handled by the Bank.

    Refund against denied/cancelled order by SRKLEE:  

    In case of online paid order, customers shall get a Refund against return by way of credit to the original mode of payment, like Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet.

    In case of a refund by way of Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the credit within 5-7 working days.

    While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, as the refund is handled by the Bank.

    There may be a delay in refund timing and we have no control over that.

    WARRANTY & GUARANTEE:  

    Warranty and Guarantee for any other products have specifically mentioned on the product page wherever is applicable.

    DELIVERY & SHIPMENT TRACKER:  

    Estimated Delivery & Shipping Charges are calculated as per the value of the order and can be viewed in the cart section at the time of checkout.

    Why is the COD option not offered in my location?  

    The availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

    Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination, and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location”.

    The same shall be operational on all 7 days, and the timing will be from 6 AM to 11 PM only. If the status is marked "Refund Initiated” and refund is not received by you in 7 working days, kindly contact us at our Help page. We will follow up, until you receive your refund.
